I had to order a replacement phone. At that time the rep said it would take 3-5 business days. I called a couple of days later and now I'm told the phone is NOT available and is on backorder and will take 7-10 business days. I asked that it be expidited shipping (for free) since I was miss informed and the Supervisor Angelo in Indiana, that it could not be done. I gave Angelo a phone number so he could call me with shipping information (tracking number for UPS, FED-EX or USPS) first he said he would, then he said he couldn't. I am a VERY upset customer right now.
